Organized in 1974 Cupe Local 1715 Represents the Outside Road Workers for the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, a Upper Tier Municipal Road System Located in Eastern Ontario along the St. Lawrence River Starting at the East Side of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville running East to Border against the Province of Quebec and extends Northerly to Border the United Counties of Prescott and Russell and the City of Ottawa. The Local is Serviced Out of the CUPE Cornwall Area Office in Affliation with CUPE and CUPE Ontario, the CLC and the OFL.
